in this movie a kid alex and thisguy he met, dunno his name, jump on a ladder of a moving train to hitch a ride, a security gaurd runs up to them without saying anything and starts hitting them with a flash light. i would have done the same as the kid and hit him in the face with skate board, the gaurd falls on tracks and gets cut in half by the train.
What is the best thing to due in a similar situation?

Get the fuck out of there. Hopefully they write it off as a train accident rather than manslaughter.
If you later got caught and questioned you should tell the truth about all facts except the part about hitting the guard. But of course you should say nothing to anyone except your lawyer.
Just keep your mouth shut and you should be fine. I didn't see the movie though, so I don't know the exact situation. Is it a good movie?

you forgot the part about torching the clothes, shoes and
skateboard, forensic evidence is the most damning kind, it's
what will hang you when there are no witness'

Certainly destroy the shoes, skateboard, and anything with blood on it.

yea the movie was, uhh different, and it seemed like it replayed it self in different veiws, like as he would write the story would play out, then maybe he remembered something and re wrote it, then that part of the movie would play again it was ok 5/10 on the milk scale.

you cant assume that your GF will not rat you to the cops when

the reason for destroying the shoes isnt DNA or blood evidence,
it's foot prints, as the police show up they initially may
assume it was an accident but as the investigation begins they
look for signs of others being present, when they find 3 sets
of foot prints they naturally conclude someone else was there
now they have evidence foul play may have been involved and they
work from shoe size, depth of the print and the sole pattern to
determine an approximate size, weight and even age of their
suspects, this one pattern and shape already tells them they're
looking for a teen, probably a skater

well as long as the topic is active, is it also possible to be cut in half by a train from just above the hip and start crawling around and stare at your victim?

Even a severed head is still alive for a few seconds. Pretty unlikely that a severed body would have the presence to crawl around and look at you. Likely it would just thrash for a few minutes, at best it would crawl a foot or so to get away from the train.
