 When will spore become illegal?

I am really doubting that our nice government will allow spores to be legal for much longer. How long do you think they will be legal for? If we all buy alot of syringes right now will they fall under any clause since we bought them when they were legal?

the spores have been legal for quite some time and i don't think they will change it anytime soon. (knock on wood) Currently I am preparing for this by creating a spore library of all my favorite strains.

Spore prints of Agaricus bisporus have been documented to last for over 30 years when kept cool and dry. I have revived 10 year old Psilocybe azurescens spores kept in the refrigerator in airtight tubes. Plastic baggies will work for at least 5 years but they are somewhat permeable to air and moisture which will reduce spore life. One species that seems to have a short shelf life is Psilocybe samuiensis. In my experience, stored samples only last a few years even under the best conditions. I am not certain why.

Any time of clause would depend on the lawmakers. My bet is no. Really, when was the last time the feds were fair on any kind of drug matter?
