My uncle was murdered last night

He's the one that disappeared when I was a baby never to be seen by a family member for as long as I've been old enough to remember. Apparently I met him when I was a baby but I don't remember. My mom called this morning thinking it was my cousin who had been murdered, they have similar sounding names and my grandma was so distraught that it was hard to hear what she was saying. I broke down when I heard it was my cousin and now that I know it was my lost uncle I'm not sure what I feel. Horrible anyways. Murder. Holy fuck.

it turns out he was stabbed to death and there is a suspect in custody. we don't yet know what it was about.
