 Started Strattera 3 days ago, is it ok to stop cold turkey?

Hey, like the topic says I want to stop taking Strattera. I've only taken 3 18mg doses so far. Will I experience any terrible with drawl effects even tho I just started taking this SNRI?
Basically I feel if I keep taking it, I will just kill myself. My suicidal thoughts and my harmful actions towards myself have sky rocketed in just these last few days.
I'm also already on 75mg of effexor xr.

Stop fucking taking it period. I've been on and off a lot of different anti-depressants, they are known to cause an escalation in suicidal thoughts in certain people. When they do you recommended to stop taking it, so I'd recommend stop taking it.
No one ever wants to see you gone...trust me.
