Is so fucking random. Sometimes it'll last 2 minutes, sometimes 10, sometimes it'll go an hour.
I have absolutely no idea what's going to happen whenever i am about to have sex. It seems like a gamble. It seriously confuses me. Anyone else like this? or am i just unfortunate?

I have to ask you, what is your age and are you in generally good health. Do you take any medications?

With my first girlfriend, I always lasted pretty long(even wore her out a few times). The next girl I met after that, I had a long courtship with. I was so in love with her, and we kept messing around, but she would always stop it at a certain point. When I finally got to sleep with her, I lasted like 5 minutes. I was so disappointed in myself. 
Anyway, I find I can always last longer if I jerk off earlier in the day. Sometimes I found that to not be such a good idea, as there have been times where I found it difficult to finish with a girl as a result. Also, I don't recommend using those "extended pleasure" condoms. The one time I used one of those, it ended up breaking because I had to pound harder to finish. Aside from that, I've heard ginseng helps.

I am very healthy, and no I don't mind discussing it with a girl in the least. No medication, and thanks for the interest!

As a woman, it's nice when it lasts longer than a minute or two, but at the same time it can be annoying when a guy is still going long after I've already become bored and realized it just isn't gonna work out for me. No one ever really wants to be like "uh, i'm bored, are you just about done?" But sometimes it comes to that. I guess that means that my answer is that quality is more important than duration, but duration can be an element to quality. Really, the absolutely MOST IMPORTANT piece of advice I can give on the matter is to not pound away for hours, and to go down on your lady after you come, because that's really the best part for most women anyways. Most of us don't get off on penetration, although it can be good when done well. A man who eagerly and frequently offers oral is the best sort of lover. I get irritated if I have to ask, or if they seem to think it's more of a duty than a pleasure.

In answer to your other questions.
Every women is different.
As with any relationship whether your mate, your co-workers or your children, communication is the key to success.
I can only tell you about my preferences and a few girlfriends that have shared their preferences with me...some intimately.
One of the best Lovers I have ever had was not very large.
He took his time warming me up and always and I mean ALWAYS made sure that I had at least one orgasm orally, before he penetrated me.
I have internal orgasms. The best ones are when I have internal and external stimulation at the same time. Fingers (clean hands and manicured nails please), can be used for penetration.
Other women I have talked to say that they have very little sensitivity internally. Again, COMMUNICATE.
Now that we have established that every woman is different and that size doesnt matter.. to some.....
The idea of masturbating before being intimate is a great one.
Especially if you have not been sexually active for a couple of days.
You should do this several hours before though so as to avoid what the others here have shared "pounding away" or not getting to the Big O.

Wierd. I find it really bizarre that some women are uncomfortable with it, it's the most satisfying sexual act I can possibly think of by a long shot. I've always thought of it as standard fare, and that it's just pathetic and irritating when a guy is reluctant to do it. I kind of wonder if they have internalized the shitty notion that women's parts are gross and smelly. If this is the case, you'd only be doing them a favor by proving that wrong, and enjoying being down there!

How does it taste bad? It's just kind of salty and pungent. It's a better taste than semen, anyways. I just hope you don't expect to recieve blowjobs if you are so reluctant to reciprocate. I think it's something worth learning to like- to take pleasure in the pleasure of your partner. Especially if you are with a woman who doesn't come from penetration (this is the majority of women.)

its only a problem if you let be one, who says you have to stop at just one orgasm, go till your physically unable! if you dont pass out then go again... your not premature ejaculating (thats when you blow before the action even starts)
i think smoking bud helps sexuality... in my experience a prior gravity bong session will result in multiple orgasms

Both men and women can control their orgasms though the ways they move and controlling their muscles. It's a wayyyy much better result than looking for alternatives like smoking weed or taking other substances.
Not there it would be something wrong with having sex and getting high, but for other reasons than prolonging the erection.

ok, just to clear everything up, I am not a premature ejaculator, I just have extremely varying times in which it happens. Sometimes it will seem premature, other times i can't get the damn thing over with, sometimes its juuust right.
But i would really like to be able to mediate the three. Get it right in the middle where it's perfect.

Yes, and since through self education we're able to delay our orgasms, we cal also make them happen sooner.
