Test your empathy

This test: http://glennrowe.net/baroncohen/faces/eyestest.aspx will see how well you can read facial expressions.
I got a 24, which means I'm a little below average. Studies show one way you can improve your empathy is by reading fictional novels, because it acts as a simulator for social situations.
This won't make you more compassionate per se, but allow you to read / relate to people more accurately.

23 here.
It would be interesting to compile the scores and see which ones were most often missed and what they were scored as.

27 here. Some of those are pretty ambiguous, but interesting nonetheless.

27. I think it's pretty inaccurate because a lot of those pics look posed for, which means we're really trying to guess what they're trying to portray, rather than what they're actually feeling. If they were on the spot, genuine faces we'd probably have scored a lot higher.

Cynical, suspicious, slightly amused, distrustful... it's a lot tougher when the mouth is visible. That hint of a smirk is a little confusing.
