olive oil (arginine source) 1table spoon Vitamin C 2 grs (acts in NO synthesis) some peanuts and walnuts (intuition)

i took 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 handfuls peanuts and 2 grs Vit C 45' ago
now i doing my biceps workout and feel ok, could be suggestion or caloric intake but i feel very strong and reach my best perfomance

Where the caffeine? Best no supp is No-shotgun or Smash. There really not needed though.

One of my buddies and I are very scientifically oriented and he mentioned to me that he had read recently that there have been some studies done which showed that peanuts & products made from peanuts (butters) inhibit absorption of nutrients...might want to check that out.
He's pretty big into lifting and after that he mentioned how he was kind of disappointed because he always gained a lot of weight while eating p&j's when he was lifting....so maybe just space out the peanuts to let the vitamin C move in; post workout snack maybe? the protein would be good for muscle regeneration I would think.

The protien in peanuts wont do anything for building muscle. You want meat/whey/egg whites/exc...

peanuts got few proteins (if any). i take it for the vasodilation effect. vit C plays a role in NO synthesis. is only an hipotesis

Wrong. Vitamin C is a key player in the formation of collagen - look it up. What is the cause and what are the symptoms of scurvy?

Here's what I do:
50g whey protein shake followed by 3 apples juiced fresh using my awesome juicer and a strong cup of mate
I take this about 15 mins before hitting the gym & it gives me gnarly energy
I have to say, having a juicer is the shit. I start off the day with a beet + apple + spinach + kale + carrot juice and it rocks my socks
I also throw some eggs right in my protein shakes sometimes as well

Blending oats with your shakes is a good idea if none do it. The carbs help to drive the protien to the muscles.
