I believe nuts are a good source of Mg. Almonds and walnuts are my favorite. Oh, btw if you want substantial levels of Mg then buy organic. Conventional foods have very, very little nutritional content; just enough to make them look normal.

^^^ its really sad i know. if goverment subsidized organic farming instead of corn then we wouldnt have this problem (and it would be nicer to the planet). there are ways around it. i just sprout my own shit.

Always eat organic, I even got my own little organic farm. Got about 14 different plants..
Thanks for all the advice. I shall eat some of this, and see if it helps my restless legs. (As soon as I got the money to.).

Sea salt contains 3.7% magnesium according to Wikipedia, (as opposed to table salt which very pure NaCl) so this might be a good substitution in your diet.

Makes me wonder. Bathing in the sea? .. You think the skin would absorb some MG, if the body lacked it?
