Automated fruiting chamber questions

I have a couple of questions. First, does anyone have any experience using seedling heat mats to maintain the temperature during colonization. I'm planning on building a insulated box and want to know what volume a 19.5" x 9" mat could heat.
Second question. Is anyone familiar with using terrarium humidifiers such as the Tropic - Aire for automated growing chambers. I'm very interested in the martha closet tek, but am worried about excess moisture forming in the immediate area. I figure a terrarium humidifier coupled with a tub could solve my conundrum. Thank for you time.
