Flow Hood Question

Ive searched around and found the formula needed to figure out what size blower you need for a filter. but quite honestly i don’t understand it. So im trying to use a 18X24 hepa with a 600cfm blower. Here is what i was looking at. If this blower isn’t big enough i found a bigger one at Grainger but its 120$ more so id rather use the cheaper if it would work
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Optional Blower

Thanks

600cfm is more than likley ok for a filter that big, I use a filter half the size with a blower that goes between 5-600cfm, with a homemade preefilter to add extra drag.

Its 539 CFM just as a blower, I have no idea what the flowhood is moving, it hardly feels like anything but spraying a fine mist (heavy particles) in front the filter shows that I have about a foot of workspace in front with the pre filter which is just a cardboard box with a coarse filter and a cloth diaper, but it does slow it. I hope that answers your question, I'm not sure what Sp refers to.
