 Fleas!!

Found a bunch of fleas on the fucking dogs like 2 weeks ago.. must have been thousands of them. 
I got some of that flea shampoo and have been washing them every couple days with it. But now they are fucking EVERYWHERE in the house and biting the shit out of my ankles all the time. I got some of that flea powder stuff you put on the carpet.. been using that and vacuuming... vacuuming everywhere like twice a day... washing everything.. but 10 minutes later the fuckers are back. I must have killed a hundred thousand of those little fuckers by now.
It doesn't help that our basement is concrete floors.. and tons of little crevices and shit that are hard to get to.. not to mention a bunch of boxes and whatnot. But we're fucking infested and it's driving me insane. No matter how many I seem to get rid of, they are constantly coming back.
What do I do?!

Yeah I guess bombing the entire house is the best option at this point.. I guess I'll have to wait until I go on vacation in 2 weeks since you have to evacuate the house for a few days...

first off, get some Frontline for the dogs and put it on them after giving them a good washing with flea shampoo. the Frontline (i prefer Frontline over Advantage because it's waterproof and i feel it works better) kills the flea eggs too.
then you guys need to find a place to go for a couple days, and set off a bunch of flea bombs in your house. that should fix the problem. and with the dogs (who i'm sure brought the fleas in in the first place) protected for the next month, you should be good.

You're doing the right things, but it might take a while to get rid of them. Fleas usually lay their larvae in soft places like rugs and carpets, so focus on vacuumming/powdering those areas especially. The larvae stick to the fibers so vacuuming doesn't get them all very easily. You might try some carpet shampoo as well. It's usually quite a battle, but once you start making a dent in the larvae population you will notice less and less fleas. Good luck!

Think just cleaning the fuck out of them with that shampoo and then bombing the house is good enough... or I guess you want extended protection too eh.

Nothing seems to work on those damn things man. We used to get them on our cats. They would be all over the house, in the carpet and everything. Tried it all, frontline, etc and none of that shit got rid of them.
Somehow they went away, they haven't been a problem ever since. I think they died off in the winter or something and we kept the cats indoors.

you don't wanna bathe them too much with flea shampoo because it can irritate their skin pretty bad and is just bad in general because of all the chemicals in the flea shampoo. and yeah, Frontline is kinda pricey. you can get it online for a much better price than at the vet.
but, how big are your dogs? my sister is saying that the medium dog Frontline (we have medium dogs, and Frontline dosage goes by weight) is about 50$-70$ for a 6 month supply (6 tubes). so you could get that, split it between the 2 dogs and have them covered for 3 months each. when you think about it, it's really not that bad.

You mean the fogger stuff? I figure I'm gonna do that anyway since I'm leaving the house for like 5 days anyway.. just bomb the fuck out of the entire house since the fuckers are EVERYWHERE on every floor surface practically.
Probably try out that zodiac stuff too... the shampoo I'm using now doesn't seem to be working too well. But yeah I won't put it on them too much.. Don't know what this POO stuff you are talking about is..

But yeah just shampooing the dogs and vacuuming and spreading that powder shit a lot seems to be helping.. but it's still not enough the fuckers just keep respawning.
