Anyone else here a self-described (or I guess you can be described by others as a sneakerhead) sneakerhead? I have a lot of a certain brand of skate shoes, i'm just starting to get into nike, bape, alife, etc.

Sneakerhead refers to someone who is obsessed with shoes, either just collecting them, or having a lot of them to wear. I am quite materialistic, but I wouldn't describe myself by the brand I wear. I like the style of the shoes, I don't buy them to be cool, I just like to blow my money on something I can enjoy.

No, I am neither. It isn't really a hobby for me, I just get shoes quite often as I feel they really can make or break the outfit. I mean, what is the point of wearing a nice tee and some jeans if you are going to be wearing some beat-ass shoes? Hate if you want, some people might say that partaking in and researching ethnogens and hallucinogens is a stupid hobby.

I use to have loads of dunks. Not to the point where I would consider myself a "sneakerhead" but I kept up with the release dates and all that.

I could use a new set of kicks myself. Ive been trying to dress nicely, but my "beat-ass shoes" are def taking away from the overall appearance.
