Need some advice on workers comp

Heres the situation; Three days ago, my wife slipped and fell at her job because the floors were wet and recieved a moderate concussion. We went to the emergency room soon after she fell, and we went again last night. My question is, how do we go about getting workers comp to cover the hospital bills, or is she even eligible for coverage at all? I dont know who else to talk to, as her employer was being uncooperative about giving us information.

Workers compensation is probably what the company is lacking due to their uncooperative nature (just a guess). You should be entitled to a payout. Just a tip, Take photos showing any brusing etc (if she has any). What country are you in?

If you are in the US, look up attorneys in your yellow pages and find one that deals in workers comp cases.
They can help you IRL and I don't have to pretend to be online lawyer guy, esq.

The thesis that I want to advance today is that the drug war and the laws that prohibit the private consumption of certain drugs are unconstitutional. Prohibition laws, themselves, violate every tenet of limited government that is embodied in our Constitution.

Thanks guys. I made some phone calls and got the situation taken care of. And if all goes well, some extra payout as well.
