i have to agree with the dogman. that is pretty fucked up. if they have the ability to realize that they are taking a mind altering substance and choose to do so on their own its okay. retardation is a mental illness; messing with someones mind when not being able to even come close to understanding their mental capacity is sick. that is on par with giving someone ruffies, not to mention if you were caught you would be in trouble in so many different ways. for even considering it
