Why did the UN stop shipments of life saving food to Myanmar because the Myanmar Junta relabeled the emergency biscuits as coming from the Junta and not the UN?
I mean the only concern for the UN is saving lives right? They're not concerned with only taking credit for the biscuits right?

I don't think they temporarily suspended those relief flights just because the Myanmar military was relabeling them to gain popularity.

I don't know if it was the Junta that officially stopped shipments, but apparently they won't accept any outside relief workers into the country. All they allowed was a few planes with supplies to drop off their loads and then get the fuck out of their country.
I don't understand it. I mean spinning a situation for PR purposes and to make you look like a hero is all fine and good. But when hundreds of thousands of people are suffering and dying just so you can look good... It's downright retarded.
