I had a well known guy here try setting up a fake trade in which he was attemtping to scam cash out of loads of people. I checked him out and found other people had already been scammed.
I posted in the pub to tell everyone about him and the shroomery deleted the thread!!! Never got an explaination for that one. Although I think they might of dealt with him internally, i.e a permaban.
Theres rip-off merchants everywhere so we always have to be wary but the majority here respect the do unto others philosophy.
People like that are fucking idiots because they will never get anywhere in life if all they are after is a quick buck. What goes around, comes around mofo's!
Reminds me of when I used to sell laptops as a business. I got a dodgy check and the buyer disappeared. I hunted him down and was given his details from someone else who had been ripped off. I threatened to come round with the boys and fuck him up big time - soon got my money with extra

Why place the onus on the receiver? It's the check writer's responsibility to MAKE SURE there is enough before writing the check. And, if they know they are writing bad checks, then they are fully deserving of any and ALL action taken by the person who got screwed.
