 can you send human feces in the mail?

now, i know you can send almost every other type of poo.... but is there some law against randomly sending unmarked packaged of poo?
what if we got 1000 people to shit in a bag and send it to congress. Is there anything agains the law pertaining to that?

You could even throw in a campaign contribution if you wanted it to be convincing.
