 Anyone ever filed a noise complaint before?

The neighbours are being noisy as fuck. I can't go outside, as all of my clothes are in the wash. If I file a noise complaint, does anyone know if I can do it anonymously?

You can ask the police to keep you anon, by law they have too.
I've done it a few times...

I doubt the cops will tell them that it was you who called regardless of where you call from.
They usually just say something like "we recieved neighbor complaints" or something.
