 So im on the patch.

I finished my last pack of ciggs. Im done. I couldnt even wait till new years. Tomarrow will be my first day without a ciggarette in a long time. This is going to be hard but worth it.

Put the patch on, then smoke a cigarette, I'm sure that buzz is killer.

I know someone that took their GFs patches and put them on... He didn't feel so well after a few days.

im quitting (again) in a couple days..
i dont regularly smoke herb (anymore),
but i believe i will have some herb to help quitting the tobbacco.

I've been smoking regularly for over a year and during that period I've gone a day or 2 without a smoke and it hasn't bothered me. Plan on quitting after newyears though. I don't think it will be too hard....
