 Another making absinthe question

I am making my very first batch of Absinthe. I am using Quoiyaien's tek and a Wok Still.
Everything is going great, I got 1 cup distilled off already. No problems there.
But I just found out from an email from my herbal supplier, that both my packages of wormwood are the same. They are both Grand wormwood. So now I will not have the roman wormwood to add after distill.
Would it be fine to use the grand wormwood as a coloring herb? Or would I be fine waiting to add my coloring herbs later when my roman wormwood arrives in the mail 14 day's from now?
I also received White sage, in stead of Salvia officinalis ( the type of sage normally used in absinthe)
I like the smell, but am not sure about adding it. I am interested in hearing the opinion of all absinthe lovers as to if white sage would be a good addition to the drink.
