 Just got a vap!

For free!! here's the story...
alright, so around 6 years ago my brother, who is 12 years older than me, moved to China. I haven't seen him since, but a few weeks ago he came back into the states and has been staying with us. First time I've seen him in 6 years. It was weird to say the least haha.
So anyway, he's been going through boxes and boxes of stuff that he left here, and he's been finding all this cool stuff and showing it to me and whatnot.
Last night, he said he found his old vaporizer in one of the boxes. I asked if I could have it, and sure enough he says Of course!
It's one he picked up on one of his trips to Amsterdam yeeeeeeears back. I couldn't find anything like it on the web doing a google search, but I'll describe it.
It has a chamber that you insert a standard lighter into, which you then pull a "trigger" on the outside which sparks the lighter and makes it heat up a filament or something insight the vaporizer. Then attached, there's a bowl that unscrews that you put the weed in, which lets out into a hose that you suck on.
Man, I am so happy.
I decided to stop smoking for health reasons, and I was thinking "man, I'm gonna have to buy a vaporizer" but not anymore!!

something wrong with that?
The lighter is completely shut off from the weed.
Lighter fluid coming from the spark won't even make it to the bowl, let alone through the hose.
I'll try and get some pictures up, but the only camera in the house is my mom's, so it's doubtful
