 Drug and Alcohol Eval

So as a consequence of an arrest I ended up having to go to an evaluation. Fine, right? Wrong, I haven't done anything in three months and did not indicate any problems with anything and she still decided to give me weekly meetings. I asked her why I had gotten any meetings at all and she told me that I knowingly had used marijuana even though it was illegal to which I replied that legality is not morality and that I am strongly opinionated regarding topics and went on to say that voting for women and minorities was once illegal, though that does not make it immoral. She goes on to say that marijuana now isn't the same as it was for my parent's generation, "it is rarely grown in dirt" and that it is now grown "in closets with chemicals." Ughh, I just really wanted to slap her, why are Drug and Alcohol workers so fucking retarded?*
*No offense meant to non-retarded D&A workers.

the lady who did my evaluation and classes was damn cool. i lied my ass off on the eval and got 5 x 3 hour classes lololol. all we did was tell eachother drunk stories and whenever pot was brought up she didnt take it seriously at all lol she would laugh.

I had something similar to that in High School but it wasn't from being in trouble with the law. The only thing I've never been able to figure out is how the faculty knew I used. I was never caught with anything.

Thats because of the technical wording of "substance abuse" and "substance dependence". You probably met the criteria.

Same thing happened to me. I got 6 months of weekly meetings, all for about half an 8th of pot, and piss tests every other week for a year.
Its the standard bullshit dude, because if you've ever smoked grass, to the government you have drug abuse problems.
