what happened was this:
months ago i got my ordered book: "The Great Shark Hunt" by Hunter S. Thompson. i read through it and a friend borrowed it.
then, after a few weeks she gets a notice from the local library that she's due on a few books INCLUDING Thompsons "tGSH".
she calls me up and said that my books is owned by the library, i laugh and think shes joking, i said i have the receipt from the shop and everything. i googled that book in the national library catalogue and that book isn't in any library listing in the entire COUNTRY.
she calls them and asks about it, they say something like it was all a huge mistake and they fucked up.
BUT...
how can it be possible? how likely is that?

i don' know if this has anything to do with it but a week after i got that book i stole a Rolling Stones mag that had a HST story in it. i've only stole twice from he library and they were RS issues about HST.
