Recently I noticed that the dumbest things I have ever heard people say have all come from females. Not just ignorant statements but statements that are downright wrong when they're so sure they know what they're talking about. I'm not sexist at all but I think it's a funny recent trend I've noticed.
Anyway, here are a couple of gems I've had the pleasure to hear lately:
"Capitalism is ruining this country! That's why I'm voting libertarian."
"We should be socialist, like in Britain!"
"North Korea has free healthcare, even they are a few steps ahead of us."
And of course, everyone's favorite:
"Violence never solved anything"

I've always wanted someone to say Violence Never Solved anything to me... god I've actually thought about that a few times. If someone said that to me, I'd have no problem slapping them across the face and then asking if they want to say something so stupid again. Proof that violence works.

LOL yeah, try explaining to some dumb sorority chick that decriminalizing marijuana is in fact not a liberal policy, but a very conservative one. These cunts just walk around spouting the talking points they heard the night before of cable news, or local talk radio. What ever happened to people getting together and having long in depth discussions about whats going on in the world. It's starting to feel like the people I talk to are nothing more than a walking advertisement for there mass media drug of choice. I guess I'm only left with the pup for conversation.

liberal and conservative is just a bunch of bullshit, partisanship is stupid. It doesn't need to be a "liberal" or "conservative" policy. Its just the right policy. Im so tired of this unnecessary divisiveness.

Exactly, you don't talk to anyone. Its hard to realistically be pissed at the system, if your not willing to make a change....Not that I'm any different, I'm just coming around to the idea myself. Personally I'm hoping for economic collapse. A good long depression might be just what this country needs to knock some sense into us. Although realistically it would only serve to further consolidate the power in this country.
