 i need help with drama...

So i have a roommate who's girlfriend is always over she only goes home to sleep because shes a minor and still lives with her parents. So, about 5 months ago i moved my boyfriend in... and now after refusing to put him on the least my roommate wants the rent split in three. would it be totally wrong to tell him to fuck off? what should i do?

Why should he not pay 1/3 of the rent if he lives there?

because he's not getting his own room and the roommates girl is over just as much. but doesn't sleep here on school nights. and he pays for cable and half the electric.

i am the boyfriend that is paying the cable and electric, i tried to go on the lease when i moved in btu he wouldnt let me. and he had lost his job. i payed for the cable and electric for the 4 months he didnt have his job about 180 a month. i payed for all the food and whatnot also. i see no reason why i should continue supporting him.

yes i do i have more legal right he is in violation of his lease, i have proof of residence wich is all i need to stay here, i have already checked my state laws and talked with the cops.

The cable bill is in my name. if he tried to get me kicked out or tried to make me pay 1/3rd his landlord would find out that ive been staying there for 4 months off the lease when in their lease it says if someone stays for mroet han 2 weeks they must be signed on or they are in violation. I tried to get signed on the lease he wouldnt let me and agreed that i could jsut pay the cable/electric. It got to the point where aside from paying his rent i was supporting him. I got him his food whatever work he got he got through me. He even had to borrow moeny for rent from me. Now that he finaly has a job he buys nothing for the house wont clean up after himself wont do his dishes or anything and then expects me to pay part of his rent. Why should i have to pay 1/3rd im not in his room. i pay 150 a month wich is more than fair. considering rent is only 580

hehe i live in az we got a decent 2 bedroom its not bad but ive sereously put more money into this place than he has sence i moved in, and i tried to be the responsable one and he refused. why should i make his life easier now? he put himself in this situation we are jsut waiting to be able to move out. If he wants i am willing to take over his side of the lease and he can move out.

If you live there you should start paying rent. Stop paying the cable and half of the electric, and split those bills three ways as well. It's not rocket science.
