Ok so here it goes,
I need serious answers here only lol
Monday SWIM got pulled over, SWIM wasn't driving but thety pulled SWIM out and talked to SWIM asking me if SWIM was buying narcotics from these people of course SWIM said no. In the past prior to this SWIM has though and after SWIM also did one time more. Since then he didn't SWIM is on probation and got a call from his po with his PO saying that he hasn't seen SWIM in a while (over a month) SWIM reminded his PO that he had a meeting with him on the 13th, that was the end of that.
SWIM is worried he was setup, he never got caught with narcotics but CAN he get in trouble for buying them in the past? if so what are the chances they'll go after SWIM instead of the people selling them

Dude, don't admit to buying anything at all. They can't charge you with buying drugs if they have no proof, so if anything you were just hanging out with the person. IF you have to say that even.

That's what SWIM told them, I was just along for the ride to pick up some smoked lol.
But heres a bit mroe info this guy hangs out there thinking he's a narc if he is, and he saw SWIM buy pills can SWIM get in trouble?

Don't admit to going along to buying herb even, you just went to see the dude to hang out.
If the guy is police and he saw you buy pills then yeah you can get busted, but if there's no actual evidence then you should be alright.

Is your buddy a known criminal?
You're on probation right?
You can get in trouble for associating with known criminals while on probation, or frequenting areas where drugs are known to be sold or used, but unless the driver is a known dealer or something I'd say you're fine.
Even if he is a 'known criminal' I've personally never heard of anyone getting in trouble for associating with criminals while on probation, although I'm sure its happened.

SWIM should calm down because SWIM knows that SWIM doesnt have any proof that SWIM did anything SWIM is not in the wrong SWIM is ok if SWIM doesnt say anything about SWIM activities in the past SWIM is silent and quiet SWIM will not be charged because SWIM doesn't have anything on them now SWIM can be violated for having law enforcement contact though which is a violation of SWIM probation.

SWIM was in a traffic stop SWIM doesnt have to report it to SWIMS probation officer SWIM is ok on that part

if "swim" got caught witht he drugs, then they might use "swim" to setup the dealers..
"swim" should be just fine.
basically what I think is,
the detectives watching the house,
stopped "swim" and was just trying to
confirm that this house, is a drug house,
just to be able to move foward with the investigation.
they cant get undercovers to buy directly
so they're stakin the house out.
I doubt its 24/7 either,
so if "swim" went back to the house after being pulled over, he/she should be just fine..
"swim" should tell the PO, that his/her's ties to that
specific house, are other than anything drug related.
"swim" just needs to use his fuckin imagination on that one..
also, "swim" should take the steps to prepare for
a drug test, possibly the PO could ask for one, looking
for the narcotics in "swim"'s body..
tell "swim" to stop fuckin around,
play everything str8 while on probabtion.

Yeah that happened, I dunno but he's possibly a narc (maybe) he's seen it on several occasions but also bought/taken them himself and smoked with SWIM but they tend to do that =/
The dude saw it/bought several weeks ago, if he was he would have done something already correct?
Or are they probably after the people sellin it?

It depends on the amount, and even then it doesn't matter since you weren't arrested and evidence seized to be analyzed in a lab.
Nobody knows except you what you actually bought since it's gone now, right?
