 free photoshop-like programs?

anybody know of a program like that i can download off the internet for free? i dont want anything fancy. just enough so that i can put somebodys face on a nasty picture.

Lots of viruses in those photo shop torrents. If you do get one, get cs3.
otherwise there is an open source program (free) called
paint.net
it ^ mimics photoshop and is risk free. It does about 85% of photoshop cs3, if not more since they update frequently based on community response. Very usefull for amature shoping, and retouching/resizing. Basically everything you need. + you arnt relying on pieces of shit Adobe, who fuck your computer (proll did already) by installing updaters that constantly slow down your system, connect with the internet, and share your use habits.
(it may prompt you to install the microsoft .net framework, this is normal, safe and free. you will comply. You will like it.)
