Hamburger Fantastic! (my burger recipe)
    #8365959 - 05/05/08 06:10 PM (6 months, 25 days ago)

Hey guys,

I'm a little bored and I made fuckit burgers tonight. Fuckit burgers is just my little name for them,....because FUCKIT! Anyway, I thought I would share, as maybe some of you might want to give it a go. If you do, I ASSURE you, you will NOT be disappointed. These things are so damn good!

Ingredients:

1 pound of hamburger meat.
1 8oz jar of Pace Picante Sauce.
1 package of Provolone cheese.
1 package Fiesta Ranch powder mix.
1 large tomato.
1 large onion.
1 some Bread.

Notes:

Any cheese will work, but provolone kicks ass! The fiesta ranch powder mix can be found in the same section as the ranch dressings for salad and what not at the grocery store. If you cannot find fiesta, plain ranch will do also.

Directions:

Take your hamburger meat and mold it into a frisbee like disc. Just make it large enough to fit in your hand. Sprinkle just a little of the Fiesta Ranch powder across the meat. Knead the powder into the meat until it is mixed in. Repeat this until all the powder is gone.

Mold the meat into another disc in your hand, spread very little of the Pace sauce across the meat. By very little, I mean just a few small globs, two maybe. Knead this into the meat. Do this twice. You have to be careful because the meat will become kind of soupy if you add too much and will not hold together very well. So just a little of the Pace sauce.

Out of 1 pound of meat you can get 2 really decent size burgers. Split the meat in half, mold them into a burger shape and place the meat on a cooking tray of some kind. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. This can also be grilled on a BBQ, but I use an oven.

After 30 minutes, check to make sure the meat is cooked. I do this by cutting into it just a little to see that it's cooked through. Once you're sure that it's cooked, place 2 slices of Provolone cheese on the top of each burger for 3 minutes.

Remove the burgers.

Take one tomato and dice it into little bits, small triangles. Do the same with about a quarter onion. I like onions so I use more, but try to make the onion and tomato parts equal to your liking. Once diced, mix the tomato and the onion together up in a bowl.

Slather Mayo, Ketchup and Mustard on some bread to your hearts content. I like these condiments but not all people do. So, just slather what you like on your bread.

On one piece of bread spread the tomato/onion combo. Place your burger on top of the tomato/onion combo. Slap the other piece of bread over it.

En - mother fucking - Joy!

Note:

DUDE! If you have bread maker.......there is nothing better than fresh bread right out of the shop. In this case, right out of the bread maker. SO DAMN GOOD! Fresh bread with these burgers=off the chain!

Anyway, thought maybe someone might get some use out of this. I assure you though, it's really good!

Thanks.
