Dimension 5 is a great one, Check out 'transdimensional' by them. Awesome Goa album 
download.

goa is music, trance/techno/psytrance FROM goa india. ibiza (spain) also has pretty good stuff comin out of there as well.

i've always been a great fan of S.U.N. Project... "Mittelstandskinder ohne Strom" are pretty great as well... both are from germany... come to think about it, there is a pretty big psy-trance scene over here... i think it's about time went to a psy-trance party again...

goa and psytrance are different, you might consider Goa sort of psytrance but you couldn't call psytrance Goa. I can tell the difference by ear but I don't think I could really tell you them in words And goa isn't necessarily from Goa. Lots of Goa acts are European.
Psytrance is just trippy trance that's psychedelic influenced, Goa is also trippy trance w/ psychedelic influences but has it's own distinguished sound....it's a little more intricate, complex, layery, and so on. It's got the Goa sound
