 Who knows small block chevys

I have a 400 small block chevy in my 1984 cutlass. There used to be a bracket that went from the power steering pump up to the exhaust manifold but now that im running hooker headers that bracket doesnt work leaving my power stearing pump unsupported and rather squeeky...
I've thought about making a bracket, but it would seem as if other people with chevy's would have encounted this.

yeah ive had to do many a custom bracket on mopar motors...i think its common for all of them. 400sb is a screamer

with that poop tactualar 8:1 compression and super short 5.56 connecting rod its nothing more than an econo-large-cubic-inch-failure.
Now if i throw some a good set of wiesco or JE pistons in there with some nice 5.7 or 6 inch rods we can talk about a high compression, high reving, horspower producing power plant but after all that id be at 406 cubic inches and would need good flowing heads, probably some world products.
I figuer i'll build the 406 while i have the gen V 454 H.O. sitting in there, this way i can still drive around with 350hp and 400ftlbs of torque. Id like to build 600hp out of a 400 small block but that would take so time and i figuer throwing the 454 in there is the best idea being as i have my G body set up for a 400 turbo trans the 454 will just bolt right in there (with minor mods to my firewall via hammer). But yeah 454 will be in there while i build my 406 stroker then before i put the 406 in i plan to take my body off the frame, backhalf or microtub the trunk, throw some mickey thompsons on there and eat mustangs all day (as if my shitty 400 doesnt do that already with a junky 3:08 gearset)
so yeah also need to get 3:73 for my auburn posi unit.
Either way.
Seems like bracket fabrication is about the only way to go.
