Ok, a little background info. My girlfriend used to go out with this asshole. When we got together I had a huge fight with this dude because he would try to sabotage our relationship at every turn. Its been 8 months since this whole thing went down. Now, little asshole has been slinging dope and offered to get her nipple piercings if he got to watch.
I have told her that I absolutely loathed the idea and I didn't want him to have any part in that. I even offered to pay for them myself (which would require a bout a week to wait for) but she says to me: "Well... Tough shit. It's not your call." Ok. That hurts. But then she made a reference to the place (as she's 17 this would be illegal by the way) "Where [her] friends got them done." This was a little bit of a red flag to me, as I take any reference to what friends are doing to be a fad, or an anti-fad (this goes for anyone that I talk to for any reason). So I tried to dig a little deeper to find out why she might really want it done. Her response was: "Godamn. I want it done. I'm getting it done."
So yea. Apparently I don't have any say about anything pretaining to body mod. Even if all I ask is for her to wait a bit so her ex wouldn't have any part in it.

I don't think it is up to you what she does with her body. You can have your opinion, but ultimately, there is nothing "fucked up" about her following through with her own body modifications, despite your disapproval.
What IS fucked up, is that she is allowing this past relationship to interfere with yours. Especially since he is so obviously being a creep, offering to do her a favour is exchange for seeing her boobs... CREEPY!
It sounds like she is either trying to break things off with you, OR you are being controlling in other aspects of the relationship, and she is asserting herself.

On a 1-10 range forall fucked up-ness I put a four, which I think is a litle high actually. People do jenkem, put rodents in their asses, and I'm sure PLENTY of other things I never want to hear about.
As far as her saying she's doing it and letting her ex watch...that's definitely sketchy. Have you talked to her and explained what's got you concerned (that being her ex watching)?
And as far as your sig is concerned, all day yesterday I felt like I was wearing a hat, and would reach up to adjust it and realize that I wasn't wearing one. I did this easily 4 or 5 times.

personally i think you should ditch her.
thats pretty scummy that'd she'd rather show off her body to someone she shouldn't instead of wait.
if she knows how you feel about this and doesnt respect your opinion then she isn't someone good for you. (in terms of her ex watching)

Yup, if I were you id act like it didn’t affect me at all and start seeing other women. If she digs you there is no way she wouldn’t regret being such a sleaze with the ex. If she doesn’t dig you, who gives a fuck, your seeing other women anyway.
