I do and it realy sucks. I just blew up on someone during an agrument and now I feel like shit about it and keep thinking that Im an asshole. I feel guilty like this over that kind of shit all the time and it realy takes its toll on me. The worst is if Ive just been fighting with someone and I sit down and smoke some weed then the whole high is ruined by just dwelling on the hurtful negative things that I said during the argument. Anyone else feel like this alot?

I used to, now I just try to avoid people that I know I will fight with...
So I hang out with like, 3 people.
On the bright side, at least you know you're not a sociopath.

I have a policy that i don't engage in verbal arguments. I'm the kind of person that doesn't start shit with anyone, but if someone wants beef then we are throwing on the spot no questions asked. If not, i tell them to get lost.
For this reason, i don't have a nagging conscience.

I feel you man
definitely similar, although I have only 'blown up' on someone a very few number of times in my life. probably could count then with my 10 fingers. However, I do tend to get snobby, block people out, and act like I dont care at times.
get the same thing with weed and dwelling on something I did recently that wasn't the best choice
I also get very nostalgic at times when high as well
overall though I feel smoking pot at those times actually helps bring what you need to deal with to the surface, at least for me
its not a bad thing really, just keep it in check...gotta know when to let go

i try not to let my conscience ruin my good times, if i listened to what my head told me all the time about all the stuff i should have done could have done and blah blah blah it'd ruin all my highs. just try and always do the right thing in every situation and you won't feel guilty, or just become a sociopath and you won't give a fuck at all.
