I like medium rare steaks and tuna steaks. I love many types of sushi, as well. Raw pork...not so good.:lol::puke:

If you're ever in San Francisco try Harris's Steakhouse. The steak tartare there is just excellent, and I wouldn't get raw meat anywhere other than a five star restaurant. They dry age all their meat.

Beef, yes, but not all fish and other meats are all dry aged.
