This has nothing to do with mushrooms
i havnt slept in 2 days or eaten anything all thanks to this diet pill i took, it was like speed or soemthing and now theres this toy bear sitting on the wall and its shaking its arm and head and leg at me and now its watching tv, and i cant move becasue my legs r glued to my wall but there not really glued

the pill was probably ephedrine, and you're probably suffering from sleep deprivation.
two days is pretty extreme for one diet pill.

at first i thought i was just imagining it but its shadows are moving and there like clothes everywere and there moving too and odly enough so is my light switch

sleep deprivation... I start hallucinating around day 3 too... Insomnia is great :P have u tried to sleep?
Did u take Xenadrine or something w/ effedrine? B/c that is what speed is made from.

yeah this makes day 3 it was a little white pill and it had like pink sparkels on it one little perscription bottel is supposed to last 3 months

That wasn't a good idea either. I think you should call off work. Seriously, you could get hurt on your way there, or there. Also, you don't want to drink any more energy drinks. Drink water, as all of things you consumed were diuretics. Most importantly sleep.

u r right ill just call some1 and get them to pick me up all were doing is digging a wire in around a golf corse, it shouldnt be too bad jsut push my dead weight around
