 Hawaiian Baby Rosewood Seed Extraction

Hi everyone, I am new here. I saw some things on the internet and was thinking about the HBR seed extraction, but I had a few questions.
1. How many seeds should I do if I have never done them?
2. Is lighter fluid okay to use as the non-polar solvent?
3. How long do I let the seeds sit in the non-polar and polar solvents?
Any answers would be appreciated, Thanx

You need to eat like 6-10 seeds. Just grind them and eat them.

Don't bother extracting the LSA unless you have circulatory problems. The vasoconstriction from the glycosides can be remedied by acetaminophen and water.
I always did this:
Coffee ground the seeds
Let sit in lemon juice for 15 minutes.
Stir.
Let sit in lemon juice for 15 minutes.
Add orange juice.
Drink.
Be really careful. Batches can vary in potency from no effect to '4 seeds does you well for 6 hours' effect. As with any drug, start low, and work your way up.
No need to make this more complicated than it really is.
I've also noticed higher doses you get 'stuck' in the visuals.
Like with shrooms or cid; if you're seeing something funky you don't wanna see you can rub your eyes or think about something else and usually it goes away. No go on outrageous doseages of HBWR. They're fuckin stayin there whether you like it or not. I got stuck with whirlpools of reality shifting all around me until I was convinced I was drowning.
So, uh, yeah.. start low, man.

Does the acetamataphin and water remove the Cyanide? will the orange juice lemon juice method make me throw up, does it make you throw up?
