Everyone here in Cali calls crappy weed mec. Iunno if it is a national/international term. It is basically shitty mexican weed. Which doesn't make sense, because I think a lot of our crap weed is from mexico (if not the vast majority), but at the same time, there has to be some bomb weed there, too, considering the successful smmuggling rings.
