 If you buy gasoline you support terrorists?

I know most of you have seen the "if you buy marijuna, you support terrorism" propaganda.
Couldnt it be the same with gasoline. Its made from oil and most the oil comes from middle east. Or would that not work cuz its the truth and not propaganda?

Most of the worlds oil is made by countries that don't advocate terrorism like Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and etc.
