 can anybody replicate this bug?

on this site - http://wichealthsupport.org/content.htt?ContentType=1 - every once in a while, the css loads funny, so instead of being two columns, there is just one, along the left side of the page. i was experiencing it yesterday, in firefox 1.0.7 on fedora core 4, as well as in deer park beta 2 (firefox 1.5) on debian. now the bug doesn't seem to be occuring, but that doesn't make any fucking sense because i haven't changed anything.
if you have a spare minute, go to that site, and click around on the top headings - go to 'forums' and back to 'news' and see if the layout ever screws up big time (but then fixes when you click refresh). it'd help me out if i could figure out what the hell was going on!

what's that thing in the bottom right corner? something about a beta "v1.1beta ACE4IT.COM" and you can click it and come out somewhere odd.

Only thing I noticed was that the Newsletter link centers the page a little more left than do the FAQ and the What's New links do.

that's an old footer tag left in there from a much earlier generation of these forums (ace4it.com is my company, hehe although our site doesn't really have much content on it, since we aren't really in the market for new clients at the moment)... i should fix that, the css is screwy and the link text changes size when you hover over it...
thanks for clicking, though. i can't get it to replicate at all, so think it must have been a tmpl-cache issue...

hahaha dig that, huh.
it started off as ripping the FUCK off of lycaeum's forums, now we've developed a whole 'ForumsApp' module that plugs in to our API-system...
