Hmm, now you mention it, "Stranger" probably isn't the best title. It's really only ever used in negative circumstances, like telling little Billy to "never talk to a stranger" or to never open the door to a stranger because conversation will inevitably ensue. Conversing with strangers is a gateway that leads to harder stuff, like talking to telemarketers and market researchers.
But little Billy doesn't listen. Besides, that strange man smiles so charmingly, and anyone wearing a tie like that can't be too bad, right?
Soon little Billy's house will be filled with K-nives that can Kut Anything!, bottles of Your Own Hair! regrow lotion, Super Toast Steamers and the incessent ringing of more salesmen at the door / phone. Things can only get worse when poor little Billy receives his first AoL CD, where he will talk with more strangers promising him Hott girls!click hereNOW!!!!1! and plans to get rich quick by sending off lots of cash to an unnamed PO box.
Billy, his childhood thus runied (and his room piled high with bottles of Cheap Free Viagra), will grow up to be a bitter, twisted soul doomed to foisting The Best Of The 1980'S! CD collection upon other, unsuspecting innocents. The cycle repeats, cursed forever until the universe's death.
the moral? Never talk to strangers!
