Damn, he did so much for the psychadelic community, and this last Burning man I passed on an oppertunity to meet Bob after getting to know him a little via emails and a few phone calls
Here's what his foundation did for our communities, no small amount: http://www.promind.org/progive.htm
If nothing from this post I'd hope you all read a little about the man, he did so many things for the community that its hard to grasp.
All the studies his promind foundation helped fund, all the work and research he helped bring about...All his dedication and his incredible fairness and neutrality that made him a rare human being.
I'll miss you Bob, my sincerest condolances to Megan and all who knew him

Bob Wallace at burning man
Just re-read his last email to me on the day before he died, how sad it was to read this part, he was refering to the shroomery bookstore of which we set up to help sell promind books:
"I think this is about what most of our other referral sites do; except for Erowid, they make some actual money (or in their case, books).
I can send you a check for the current total, but would prefer to wait until the amount is more substantial. Life is short...
I passed on the Shroomery site name to a nice woman at Burning Man...
Again, apologies, all the best,

Within a dream (except for the occasional 'lucid' dream) I never know I am dreaming; I accept what is happening around me as real.
Then after I wake up, I recall the dream, and realize I was dreaming. But then again I accept what is happening around me as real.
Though I have no way of proving this, it would not greatly surprise me if I "awoke" from this shared reality someday, perhaps after what appears to be my "death" in this reality.

I never read OD, and I'm surprised it took so long for someone to mention this to me. I think everyone assumed I knew.
