Have you ever accidentally pricked yourself with a syringe while practicing mycology?

I vote yes.
The very first time I was ever starting a grow, using a multi-spore syringe: Working in the confined spaces of a glovebox, trying to remove a stubborn cap on the needle, yet being careful not to hit the plunger on the side of the box when the cap finally pops off, I remove the cap and instantly jerk the needle into the pad of my thumb. "Ah, fuck!"

I've never used a spore syringe that wasn't blunt as fuck all and therefore damn near impossible to prick myself with unless I was trying to on purpose or something.

I never have. Mostly because I am constantly paranoid that I am going to stab myself so my mind is always thinking about being careful.

When I used to work with spore syringes, I used blunt tipped pipettes rather than hypodermic needles thus I didn't worry about accidentally sticking myself.

No, but I used an empty spore syringe to shoot heroin once because I was out of 28g syringes.
