The thesis that I want to advance today is that the drug war and the laws that prohibit the private consumption of certain drugs are unconstitutional. Prohibition laws, themselves, violate every tenet of limited government that is embodied in our Constitution.

Which is why Dwyer is a cop rather than an economics professor. See, there is this little thing called supply and demand that they teach in high school, if not earlier. Basically, it states that as supply increases, or demand decreases, then costs go down. When supply decreases, or demand increases, then costs go up. Dwyer is either a complete idiot, or Dwyer is deceitful. I suspect both.

um....where the fuck do these people come from. LSD overdose. I ate 90+ hits of some damn good blotter over a day and tripped my face off...couldn't afford to eat a book at once to see....this is almost as good as the lady that came to our school to tell us how bad her life got from sniffing crack....lol I am usually too busy laying on the floor drooling on myself watching the colors to be out shooting cops. Are they really this stupid?
