 173 lb pot bust in Jefferson County

A traffic stop in Jefferson County led to the discovery and seizure of 173 lbs of high grade marijuana, according to State Police.
On Saturday, 23 year old Yannick Marticotte of Mercier Quebec was stopped on State Route 11 in Philadelphia. State Police say he was failing to keep right.
The trooper had a K-9 which alerted the trooper to possible drugs in the vehicle.
A search found the 173 lbs of hydroponic pot "secreted in the vehicle," according to police.
Marticotte was remanded to Jefferson County jail without bail.

How the fuck can they tell it was 'hydro' by looking at it? Oh wait! They say that because it sounds more hi-tech and therefore - evil.
