 Man, 21, charged with growing pot

Waukesha - A Waukesha man was charged Thursday with growing marijuana in his apartment building storage locker while serving two years of probation for burglary.
Paul A. Stahovic, 21, was charged in a criminal complaint that says six plants were discovered June 22 when a man was checking areas of the apartment building for water leaks from the roof, saw the plants and notified authorities.
When Stahovic was confronted by his probation agent and police, he admitted the plants were his and gave authorities permission to seize them, the criminal complaint says.
Stahovic was charged in the complaint with manufacture of marijuana, a felony.
In addition to that charge, Stahovic faces resentencing on his 2006 burglary conviction after he had his probation revoked.

sucks i got busted on june 26th with 2 live and 2 dead plants and half g o dmt. boohoo for me too
