Habitat:West Washington state, cow pasture(grass, clover, thistle ect.., not found in dung, 5 miles from sound, elevation about 100ft. Temps have bee mild with rain mid 60s high mid 40s low

Gills:
Color black, gills not attatched,.

Stem:
Length up to 5 1/2", diameter 1/16" to 1/8", color buff to reddish purple, texture smooth twisted silk, hollow, thin but not fragile,

Cap:
Diameter up to 1 1/4", color purplish grey, texture, conical, domed, convex.

Spore print color: Black
Very important!

Bruising: darkening of original color

Thanks for the ID. Panaeolus antillarum definatley checks out with my specimens. Could you recommend good ID book for Washington state. My interest is in all mushrooms, poison, edibles and actives (especially actives).
