sum type of amanita, sum of the pics are not in focus but i was getting eaten alive by mosquito's so it was hard too concentrate and get the right shot.

Have you made an ID on that second one in your first post?? I found a HUGE patch of that shit on the 4th. Smelled kind of good I was wondering about the edibility of it. I left it, but was just curious.

I was wondering about that too. Seeing the underside is really important when IDing polypores.

no i have not i tasted very good though, i only took a nibble didnt swallow though. That one in the picture was part of a huge patch as well, massive growing in a cow pasture near a tree stump probably from the roots.

the bolete tasted delicious not bitter at all they reminded me of porcini. I found a massive one close by but did not get a pic heres a pic the one pictured after being picked...
The psilocbye is coprophilla, the lactarius have very spicy latex.

No i meant the yellow one with the reticulated stipe, the brown and white ones were not bitter at all and were delicious.
