 What is this little guy I found?

I found this in the woods this morning. Any idea what it might be? Sorry for the fuzzy pictures, bad camera, bad uploaded res.

It is an Amanita, but not a fly agaric. Possibly a Yellow Blusher or A. flavoconia.

Is it considered poisonous? I don't intend to eat it at all, hell I used big tweezers when handling it at all times because unless they're cubes I'm afraid of unknown mushrooms

Yea probably somewhat poisonous, but probably not one of the deadly ones.
It is in Amanita section Validae, many of the taxa of this section that have been tested contain a hemolytic compound that is destroyed by heat.
I have no idea if it contains that toxin, or other ones that are not destroyed by heat. I have heard unconfirmed reports from a couple different sources that it contains some of the same toxins found in Amanita muscaria. I would hesitate to tell anyone at the shroomery that because it could easily have lots of nasty toxins as well. If it was deadly there would already be tons of dead hippies and poisioning reports on this species because it looks kind of like A. muscaria. However A. muscaria is in Amanita section Amanita so they are probably not very closely related.
No need to handle it with a tweezers though.
