 my first subbs??

Well its been raining here for weeks and I finaly got out to this new housing devlopment I found. I found about 4 diffrent types of shrooms most were very shrivled. Two yards I found were litterly filled with my suspect subbs I filled up the bag I brough and didnt even make it to the back yard, which had more then the front I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK WHEN I GET A GOOD ID.
Took some sporeprints asap when I got home from about 5 shrooms and they were jet black I have foes before and these are black!

I went day after the rain, would like to go before noon but didnt get these til about 7pm you can tell most of them are over ripe/sun burnt.

Fuck yeah man! I dont know where any new housing developments are around here with newly sodded lawns..
most of the ones i see around here just use the grass that cfame wit hthe land

hah for sure a very nice find man damn, subbs indeed looks like theyre a bit wet which is fine, a VERY nice find though man make sure to keep an eye on that patch wow i lovei t when people come across a bunch of subbs like that

one thing i forgot to add these were really wet like I said rain for a week straight. When I was picking them I got a black residu on my hands.

Most mushrooms will dry out pretty well just sitting on a table, add a fan and they will be dry in 10-24 hours

Well i have a window fan where i set the ones in the picture, but i really have too many to sit out. I have two cats who steal my cronic all the time. I have them in two small paper bags atm.

Put them in front of a fan for about 2 days to get them nice and dry. Then put them in an air tight container. I have over 316g dried already this season.

When I was going through my shrooms to set them out and dry I found several that had lighter gills also lighter cap, so I spore printed all of them. The spore print came out black as well. These are definitly diffrent the caps and gills look more like the foes but not quite as brown. sorry cant give a better discription at the time but an id would be great on these heres a pic

hey..cant help with those lighter caps but ive found the best way to dry is the pf tek way......shallow container filled with dri-rite or damp rid covered with a piece of screen then run a 45 watt bulb into an oven set container in there and there perfect in 12-24 hours...google pf tek drying..

The lighter caps still look like subbs. Do they taste the same as the others?

Nice haul, just one wuestion, did any bruise blue at the bases? Not that it means anything, I just love it when subs bruise, here in Niagara Falls, we have subbs, but never found any that bruised blue yet.

I think some have a little bruising, but not to noticeable. I havnt tryed any of them yet but im heading to the dosage table now that im for sure i got subbs
