 New england weird shrooms

Well its been raining here for days, and I havnt made a tip to my cow field in a couple days now because we havnt had any real sun. I found these two diffrent shrooms in my back yard. The first one I dont really think is anything special but the spore print is on its way. It has dark brown free gills, the cap is about 1 inch in diam. The edges of the cap look like they are dirty while the middle is a light teal color. The stem was real thin and brittle. It was growing right outside of some red mulch.

These are teh wierd ones they were growing out of the red mulch, not directly. They are an orange/ gold color, and the gills are clearly attached to the stem. Stem is the same color as the gills and there is noticable brown bruiseing. Cap is about half inch in diam. and very rounded.
This mush is from my last post but I still havnt got an explanation for it, seems to be growing a limb out of the side.

1 make a spore print and do you see a ring
2 what is attach to the stem is the rinf or partial veil of the mushroms inside are the gills and i guess this ones are stropharias maybe semiglobata or relative i bet the cap is slimy so this is the same as number 1
and the last i already said it maybe mycena since the gill are white and take a hiresolution on that thing to the side

dont think there is a ring although im not sure what you mean. And ya the caps were slimy, you think they are the same?

Partial veil is a mycological term which describes a structure of some mushrooms which protects the developing gills or other spore-producing surface. How about Stropharia coronilla?
The print looks a little dark for Agrocybe.
