I went out to my cow field again today, seems to be all i can find is shrooms growing around the dung sitll have yet to find any actualy growin out of it. I will never give up though. I found some weird ones today so take a look and if you can help me figure out what they are great just dont bash my picture taking skills
Shroom #1
![]()
Only found one of these and its really small solid stem, just a lil darker on the top. Verly light colord gills, and not much bruising either.
Shroom #2
![]()
This one is really weird found it growing out of a dead stick. Seems to be growing inside out. Picture kinda says it all here.
Shroom #3
This one is yellow with an orange top, brown gills.
Shroom #4
I belive these are the some ones I found on my last post but the bigest one has something growing out of the side.
Shroom #5
Didnt see to many of these ones they look yellow with almost a nipple on the top, gills are off white like the stem
Shroom #6
This one I found in the woods growing out of a dead tree. Its all white with white gills and a white stem. The stem was very hard to break and very juicy.
Shroom #7
These two little ones are very orange with orange gills as well. They were kind of in a shaded area.
Here is a pic of everything i took home with me today

Shroom 2 is Panus conchatus
Shroom 6 is some kind of pluteus if the gills are free from the stem.

I got in argument with a friend and do not have my microscope handy....Tell me your thoughts on these mushrooms....

You can see the spores that dropped on the younger ones below. I am currently working on the spore print, so I will post that later, but in the meantime, give us your opinions, as this stupid asshole is about to eat them...Regardless of the fact that I told same party that his liver and kidneys could be eaten away as he shits blood and pukes like a junkie getting of junk....Thank you all!
Also, you can see they were found in and about mulch and decaying wood.

I think they are Agrocybe praecox. The pics are a bit overexposed so its hard to say for sure. Might be something more toxic. Definitely not active.

Spores are cinnamon color, not brown.

Cinnamon is brown, and that sounds like the right spore color for A. praecox.

6 is most likly volvariella
Oooh that's cool, any more details on where #6 was fruiting?
Was it in the woods or out in the open? The log looks like an oak? Near a stream or somewhere that would keep the humidity high, a small pond?
thanks,
falcon

There were two of them in pretty dense woods about 100 feet away from a very small stream. Both on the same log. I was in the woods looking mostly at down trees and these were the only ones I saw. The log really wasnt that decomposed either I was kind of suprised, to see a shroom growing out of it. Not real sure what kind of tree it was, trees arent my thing.... you cant smoke em sadly
